Is this coaching or therapy?
Neither. Coaching optimizes performance and therapy builds understanding. This work is initiatory — it addresses the architecture beneath both, and it is not a replacement for medical care.
What does it cost?
Mentorship is arranged personally after a conversation, and the current structure is published inside Erlandia. Nothing on this site asks for a payment; the first step is a message.
How do I know if I’m ready?
If you have tried most of what is available, had breakthroughs that faded, and still know there is a level the success has not touched — you already know. Write and say so.
